Help

ok this is for whoever created the forum. i'm creating my own but i need some help. i figured out a lot of different stuff but i need help getting just two thing from this site and i need to know if i'm on the wrong version or im just looking in the wrong place. where do i get the search bar on the left and where do i get the latest topics scrolling list i need help on this guys so gimme a heads up. also not to be a self plug jerk off but if you guys wanna check mine out and see how it looks here the URL http://dracoforums.forumotion.com/

i figured out how to get that stuff so nevermind but any tips you guys got on how to get our sites a bit more populated would help greatly for you guys and my site both. it seems damn near impossible to get a site even a little bit known about.
