Johanna has thick black wavy hair that flows down past her waist. It is smooth and shiny. She has a side fringe that casts a shadow over her right eyes. Her eyes are in a cat like shape. They are a shimmering gold color that sparkle ever so slightly. You can vaguely see the innocence in those eyes. Her lips are a soft pink that contrast with her smooth and soft skin, a color so pale it could be compared to the moonlight itself. Her nose is small and button like. Over all her face is very beautiful and childlike. She is quite tall at 5'6 and is very light in weight. She has a medium sized bust and a very small waist. Her legs are long and strong though she looks to have no upper body strength. Her body looks frail,soft and delicate and she moves as swiftly and gracefully as a ballerina. Johanna wears of coarse her famous long red cloak sealed with a red jewel named 'The Blood Diamond', the very heart to all vampires. Her dress is a black medieval pattered gown and her boots are leather knee high with laces. She often carries weapons strapped onto her as well.

Personality: Johanna is very mysterious and dark . She doesn't trust very easily and prefers to keep people a safe distance from friendship . She holds her tongue unless she has something to say and when she does, her voice makes a proud and dignified presence in the room. Her temper is one to be reckoned with. If you were to slight her with one comment, she'll have a blade at your neck before you could finish. Although when she is angry, her face does remain poised and emotionless, making you feel beneath her. To people see may seem cold hearted and too proud but she just hides her emotions well and has a cold attitude to keep people away from her, nowhere near friendship. She finds it hard to trust, if she is even capable of trusting. She looks after herself and only herself but if you look into her eyes,you can vaguely see the loneliness and heart break. She may seem innocent and naive but she is mature as any other and very intelligent. She uses her innocent appearance to manipulate people for her bidding. Johanna is also an expert fighter and hunter. She is well able to protect herself against even the strongest of men. She is sly as a fox and uses her grace and poise of movement as well as her striking strength in battle. You can sense her ghostly presence when she is near that gives you goose skin.

Background (History): Johanna Clara Ashdown was born in 1095 AD in a medieval english village to Edward and Clarabell Ashdown. She was the second child born to the Inn keeper and his wife and one of the most beautiful girls in the village. As a young child, she was blessed with long golden brown ringlets,puppy like eyes, rose tainted cheeks and pouty lips. Her mother would dress her only daughter is sweet ribbons and the best dresses they could get for her which wasn't much considering their financial stance. She was adored by the village. Unfortunately Johanna's childhood growing up was not as safe as her family wished for the upbringing of their only and most beloved daughter. The village was plagued with were-wolves who would attack and kill poor people of the village. Johanna needed to know how to defend herself if heaven forbid she were ever to come face to face with the monster. She was given a set of small daggers to use if ever she was the subject of an attack. The attacks wee not so frequent and there was no one to turn to. The Village was to live in fear. Johanna practiced fighting with the daggers and found she was good at fighting and enjoyed it. Johanna and her brother would often fight against each other for fun and entertain the other youth of the village with their skills. The attacks stopped thankfully when Johanna reached her teenaged years and the village stopped living in fear. Johanna continued to practice with her daggers and even used her brother's sword once or twice too often much to her mother's dislike.
Johanna soon grew to be a young lady. Her golden brown ringlets darkened to raven black hair but still looked as innocent and as fair as a child. She was the most eligible girl in the village. Many boys tried to win her affections and some did but nothing as far as love. She swore she would not marry for more nor less. All of a sudden the attacks at night returned and worse then ever. Multiple people were killed at night and it was clear that they needed a solution. While the men of the village stayed there to protect the women and children, Johanna and her brother Garrett went off in search of a solution. Word spread about a man who hunted the wolves. He was as fast as the wind, strong as a bull and a natural killer. He resided in a near by village not a two day ride away. They left during the day, planning to stay the night at their grandmother's and then make the journey to the village. The sky darkened on their journey and they heard noises. Before they could turn to each other in curiosity, the monsters jumped out of the darkness and attacked them. They caught her brother unguarded but Johanna's reflexes came in and she took out two daggers and made slicing motions. They clawed at her skin and Johanna fell backwards, hitting her head against a tree. She heard another growl coming from behind her, scaring the werewolf away and a hand caress her cheek before she slipped into unconsciousness.
Johanna woke up on her bed, in a glowing room. She looked down at the cuts through her dress. There were stains of blood but she was completely healed. She felt different, definitely not herself. A soft voice spoke up from the corner of her room. Johanna looked to her surprise a charming dressed in noble attire. He explained who he was, the happenings that took place and what she had become. The charming sir was the same man she and her brother were searching for. He was a vampire and he hunted were-wolves. He was also the guardian of the Blood Diamond, the very heart of the Vampire Race.He told her that they were attacked by the monsters and that her brother died. He turned her into a vampire to save her life. The man agreed to help her rid of the werewolves that plagued her home and they returned to the village. Johanna prepared to spread the word of her brother's death. They arrived but only to see that the whole village was destroyed and everyone was killed. Suddenly they were surrounded by four in a pack. They moved closer to Johanna and her friend slowly and slowly before they pounced. Johanna managed to kill one of them and injure the other the rowing settled down and the last werewolf ran off. She turned around and saw that her companion was dying on the ground. With his last breath,he gave her the Blood Diamond. Johanna keeps to the forests both day and night. She continues to hunt the unruly cruel murderous werewolves and other creatures. She keeps the peace between both species and tries to keep the immortal creatures of the night a secret from them. She is also the guardian of the Blood Diamond.

Preview of In character Posts (Only need this ONCE): Amber Estwell lied down in the middle of the flowery meadow and closed her eyes,inhaling the smell of roses around her . She had been running for a while from a near by town and was sure someone had been chasing her but she was sure they wouldn't find her here . She fluttered her eyelids back open and her gold eyes widened . She was taken aback by the utter beauty of the millions of stars shining above her,as if a black piece of velvet had been lied over the sky and sprinkled with shinning gems . She lifted her blood red hood from her face letting her raven black curls spill over deathly pale face . She stood up and her rosy red lips parted in awe as she took in the atmosphere around her . She reached down and with a swift movement of her soft hand she picked a single red rose and lifted it to her nose,inhaling deeply the floral scent . She kneeled back down onto the grass and gazed back up and sighed deeply .
